How can I order?

Find the products you are interested in through search mechanisms or various thematic pages. Click on the Add to cart link next to the product you are interested in and this will get into your online shopping cart.

When you finish your options, click Shopping Completion and you will go to a secure connection where you will be prompted to set a payment and shipping mode.

Alternatively, you can give your order by telephone at +30 22860 28470 working days 09: 00-16: 00 or via fax at +30 22860 22670, 24 hours a day.

Orders received in holiday days are served on the next working day.

Is my order been completed?

After you finish the recipient’s data entry process and click Order Sending, a message will be displayed showing that the order is completed. This message refers to the order code, which it would be good to keep. You will also receive an email about the order details. If this does not happen, please contact us in order to guide you.

A product is missing from my order. What can I do?

In e -roussos.gr we are particularly careful about your immediate and right servicement. If, however, you find some omission on your order you have three options.
• Send us an e-mail to [email protected], where you will report the order code or the name that the entry has and, of course, the mistake.
• Talk to one of the sellers on working days from 9:00-16:00
• Send a fax at +30 22860 22670, where you will write what you mention above in the email.

May I know at what stage is my order?

On our site page, once you log in to your account, there is the Orders On the right, all orders will appear and click on the word appear to the right of the order, you will see its status as well as all its details. So, you will be informed at what stage is the process.

At the same time, you can send an email and after reporting the order code and the entry name, you can ask for anything concerning your order. We always reply directly to emails.

How can I cancel an order?

Canceling an order is done in three ways. In all three cases you will need to report the order code or if you have not kept it, the name and date of your order.

Are my credit card transactions safe? 

The credit card payment process is covered by the most modern security specifications in the e-roussos.gr secure server with a 128-bit encryption.

Which credit cards do you accept? 

Visa, Mastercard

Can I buy at installments and if so in what rates?

The e-roussos.gr website does not currently offer this service.

When will I receive my order?

In e-roussos.gr  our policy is to deliver orders as soon as possible. And we are proud to have achieved for you to be found quicker to handle orders and always with the best prices. So, if your order is up to 11 o’clock in the morning, you will have the order with a chance of 90% the day after tomorrow at your home. More specifically:

For Athens:
• For products in stock for 48 hours

Rest of Greece: The above times are achieved by courier

Attention! In some remote areas the courier mission is still impossible. In such cases the mission is made by mail.

How much will they cost me the shipping costs? 

Receiving orders from the store is free and without any charge, regardless of the height of the order all over Greece. The e-roussos.gr gr follows a low-cost strategy in all its products, it has achieved preferential prices in the shipping costs, while from an amount and above the order reaches you FREE. Which days and hours do you deliver the products?

Delivery days are Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00. Also, delivery in the afternoon or delivery on Saturday with an extra cost (€ 2 – 5 €) can be arranged.
